Shipping & Returns

For customers outside of Cairns, we ship rhizomes and cuttings only.

Occasionally we will have a local plant sale (plants in pots) which will be advertised on our socials.

Orders can take up to two weeks to get in the post due to our harvesting schedule over two farm locations.

If you are going away not long after your order please let us know so we can hold your order until you return from holiday.

Orders can be collected directly from the farm in Kuranda if you are local. To arrange please call us on (07) 4911 4074.

We offer free shipping with any 5 & 10 pack as well as for orders over $175.

Since we are dealing with live plants we do not accept returns. If you receive your plants in poor condition, send us an email with photos of the issue within 24 hours of having received shipment. All our rhizomes are sent express with active growth points. After this initial period, the plants are your own responsibility.
